Professional Experience
Mr. Kiyonori Takeuchi, MAI, MRICS, began his appraisal career with one of the largest appraisal company, Sanyu Appraisal, in 2006. He has provided professional services with elite clients including banks, investors, law offices, accounting firms and corporations as a director of an appraisal department.
Mr. Kiyonori’s real estate appraisal assignment have been performed not only throughout Japan but also the United States, China, Thailand, Vietnam and other Southeast Asian Countries.
Mr. Kiyonori founded NORI valuation Partners, Inc. in 2021.
Mr. Kiyonori holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and is a certified real estate appraiser in Japan. He also holds the MRICS designation as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
